ENTREPRENEURS + ADHD

As we reflect on our first episode, we didn't feel like our 15-minute intro offered enough context. In promoting critical thinking, we think its important that our listeners understand who we are, what drives us, and how we show up.

What better way to get into that than to be the interviewee? Who would be a better interviewer than a romantic partner?

In this episode…

I chat candidly about my late diagnosis with ADHD, what I have learned, and how that learning process has shifted my perspective and taught me to be kinder toward myself. At the same time, my partner highlights his own experience with my curiositea both in my personal and work life.

For me, this is just the beginning of a journey of self discovery, but I am happy to let you in on that process. I talk about how the kaleidoscope of thoughts is both my biggest strength and lifelong challenge. Although, for the most part, I am appreciating the positives and hope that sharing my experience can inspire others to lean into learning, ask more questions, and cultivate compassion.
